Random Things about Me

I really think I was born too late...I could really see flowers in my hair...
Really like to shop at flea markets/farmer markets/antique shops
Would love to go on roadtrip with family (including extended family) - get an RV and drive across the US
Place I would like to go in the US...Yellowstone National Park, California, and Maine
Countries I would like to Visit...Italy, Ireland, Austria, and Switzerland
One of my favorite ways to relax...driving around Cades Cove in the late afternoon and evening in the back of the truck or windows rolled down and see/hear all the beauty around you
Dewayne, Grady, and I are members of the Cades Cove Preservation Association
Dewayne and I met while working at Tuckaleechee Caverns as tour guides and were married in the Great Smoky Mountain National Park
Have two sisters..RaeRae and Anne..I am the middle one...love them so much
Love history...Appalachian, Vietnam War, World War II, Native American
Little Britches (not anymore..he's 9) aka Grady Cade...is the best thing ever..I love the things that come out of his mouth..he is a character..and has a big heart..I love that he still wants lovin from his mommy
Absolutely love my family..so thankful
Would love to learn more about sewing and how to make pottery
Golden Girls and Frasier make me laugh
Love music from the 60s, 70s, and 80s..they tell a story
Wish I had more time to research my family tree..ancestry
Like to send out cards/notes to family and friends..much more personable
Love pens and paper
Would love to open up a Diner...Loralee's Diner or Dalia's Diner...I even have the colors, design/layout, and uniforms picked out..
Crab legs are my favorite thing to eat
